Entry Requirements

If you have a grade 1 (or no grade) in GCSE Mathematics you will need to take this course.

Students will be able to consolidate and develop their previous learning of basic number and measure work including working with fractions, percentages and decimals. They will also be required to apply maths to some everyday situations such as working with measurements and timetables.

Passing Level 1 Number and Measure will enable you to progress onto GCSE Mathematics the following year, and is a creditable qualification to show mathematical competency in real-life situations.
