A Welcome from our Careers Leader, Michael Papageorgiou

“At East Norfolk we are very proud of the outstanding career paths our students embark on. We are fully committed to supporting students in making informed decisions about their future career pathways and encourage all students to be aspirational with their choices, whether they plan to apply for an apprenticeship, job or university place. We are very excited about the introduction of T Levels, which include a substantial work placement as part of the course, which will give students a different pathway to link in for their post-16 education.

As a College we are fully committed to meeting all of the Gatsby Benchmarks and regularly use the Compass Evaluation Tool to monitor our progress towards meeting all of the Benchmarks. Our dedicated Futures Team ensure that our students have a wide range of work placements to choose from and organise a programme of guest speakers from a variety of different industries to engage students in thinking about their future career paths.

We pride ourselves on the number of opportunities we offer to our students and the number of local employers that we are successfully working with. We are always keen to engage with new employers and I would welcome you to contact me if you are interested in working with our fantastic students, either by offering work placements or by delivering a talk or workshop at College.”
