Permanent, 37 hpw (Mon – Fri), full year from October 2018. Actual salary in range £21,133 up to £23,170.

                      

The post holder will be responsible for a range of financial tasks including assistance with the preparation of the monthly management accounts and VAT claim and operating the College’s bank accounts.

                 

Essential requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent Level 2 awards)
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office and other IT programs including Excel
  • Experience of financial data entry, working in an accounts team and appropriate part-qualification
  • Experience of cash handling
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Temporary, 37 hpw, full year from October 2018. Rate of pay will be in accordance with nationally agreed rates for Apprentices.

                     

A great opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice to join the friendly reception team at East Norfolk Sixth Form College. The Apprentice will gain experience of working in a busy office environment and will support the Marketing team with various projects. They will also study towards gaining a Level 2 Diploma in Business and Administration or Customer Care.

              

Essential requirements:

  • At least 5 GCSE grades at C and above, including English, Maths and IT (or equivalent Level 2 awards)
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office and other IT programs including Excel
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to work to deadline and prioritise tasks
  • Approachable and friendly

Fixed term, 0.83 FTE from 2 January 2019 until 13 December 2019. Teaching salary in range £23,396 up to £38,748 fte*

*teaching salaries are based on qualifications and experience and will be within the Sixth Form Colleges’ Teachers’ scale range.

                             

The postholder will maintain and develop high standards of teaching and learning in the delivery of the courses for which they are responsible. The post holder will plan and deliver high quality effective teaching and learning, enabling students to enjoy learning and achieve their full potential. 

                          

Essential Requirements

  • Educated to degree level in Law (or equivalent) and able to teach on a range of courses within the subject area
  • Level 5 teaching qualification (Diploma in Education and Training) or willingness to train in teaching (to be discussed at interview)
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent Level 2 qualifications)
