Our highly experienced and dedicated Futures team are available to provide specialist careers advice, guidance and support to students with making informed choices about their future – which includes university, apprenticeships and employment pathways.

There is a weekly tutorial programme which is tailored to each specific year group and level, which includes resources to support students in making decisions about their future career pathway, as well as opportunities for specialist 1:1 support from their Progress Tutor or a member of the Futures team.

We arrange a large number of careers events, and students will have the opportunity to hear talks from a variety of employers as well as universities and other institutions offering degrees and apprenticeships in higher education.

The Futures team arranges a very large number of work placements, internships and volunteering projects which include the Health Care Academy (in partnership with the James Paget University Hospital), East Coast Energy Internships and numerous projects supporting local community events.

Please see more information in our Year 12 and Year 13 Careers Programme and our Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance policy. If you are an employer or organisation who would like to work with us in providing opportunities for our students, please click here.
